Providing value, good communication with our customers and a quality finished job are keys to our success in this department.
This particular arm of the company focuses its efforts on the annual needs of a property’s outdoor landscape. The goal of this department is to work with the customer to develop a team approach to the management of the client’s landscape. We strive to develop a partnership approach to formulating a landscape maintenance plan by identifying all of the site needs and by providing horticultural information to our customers. This allows ProMark to manage the landscape for our property management customers. Realizing that this is only one responsibility of the property manager and our partnership vision of our relationship allows the customer to be in touch with their landscape needs, yet they can spend more time on all of their other responsibilities.
