For me, the surest sign that spring has arrived, is when that Masters golf tournament is played and today on April 14 is the culmination of the great golf event. Obviously, the focused attention is on the great players of this golf event, but take a moment to look at the beautiful backdrop that is Augusta National Golf Club. The landscaping in the spring at this course is nothing short of breathtaking. The magnolias, azaleas, tea olive, dogwoods and so much more create such a flowering masterpiece. Below is a link to Garden & Gun and an article by Steve Russel where he ranks each hole of the course by the flowering plant that is showcased. Maybe you will get a few ideas for your landscape.
