Job Functions
Lead a crew of 3 to 8 team members
Oversee jobs from start to finish
Meet strict deadlines for each project
Travel for on-site estimate appointments
Assemble estimate proposals and present them to the customer

Skills & Qualifications
Candidate must possess a high level of professionalism, must be detail-oriented and able to follow safe workplace practices
Can run all heavy equipment needed for jobs and/or at the shop
Knowledge of cement work, drainage, sod, landscaping, pavers, retaining walls and overall knowledge of the field is required
Valid PA driver's license required
Minimum 1 year experience required
